April Bowlby (born April Bowlby) is an American actress, model and performer. She is most famous for her role as Kandi and Stacy Barrett, in Drop Dead Diva and Titans and Doom Patrol. Bowlby played the role of Rita Farr/Elastigirl on Titans, an American series on the web called Titans. A spin-off of the series Doom Patrol will see her playing the role. Bowlby is also well-known for her TV appearances in Sands of Oblivion (a TV film) as well as The Wrong Daughter.
