Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After leaving gymnastics She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16, when she stopped her gymnastics. After only a year after that, she managed to earn her Pro Card aged 17. Thus becoming an incredibly young IFBB Pro in history. Ariel put off her pro career for six years to pursue her education. In 2015, she returned to the stage to continue the point where she had left performing in elite events like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for many more years, setting goals each year. She won another four fitness awards by the end of the year. The most notable was 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competing so she could complete her degree at college. Her return came in October 2015 to compete in her first appearance as an IFBB Fitness Professional in the Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish in third place. The summer of 2016 she took the top prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and thus qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel appeared on stage for the Olympia and came in 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations prior to the event and was satisfied with the results. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups that are done with machines, along with bent-over rows.
