Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise, an American actor and writer, is best known for portraying Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island in the 1960s. Bettle's musical Two's Company was her first acting role on stage in the 50s. In 1956, she made her big break on Broadway along with Li'l abner. The same year, she released her first musical album, This is Tina Time. Louise was the first to make her debut in Hollywood as Griselda Walden, a character from God's Little Acre a drama film released 1958.The film was praised widely and Louise received an award called the Golden Globe Award in the New Star of the Year category. She was enrolled at Actors Studio, New York in the same time and was Lee Strasberg's pupil. Her next role that she portrayed in the role of Ginger Grant, which CBS signed her up to play in the year 1964. Louise Balfour was able to move between Broadway as well as Hollywood acting as a sombre character against her famous image as the glamorous model. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 and for her role as Helen Magnus in Sanctuary although during the past couple of years she's also earned an impact as an accomplished director on numerous well-known TV shows such as Supernatural or The 100. Born in Essex in Ontario on the 28th August 1965, her family moved to Toronto around the age of three. She spent her childhood there and her adolescence. In 1997 after being selected to play Samantha Carter she settled down in Vancouver and has been living there since then.
